Overview
As Global Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will define and drive global quality standards across all production sites to ensure food safety and product excellence. You will partner with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and R&D to embed quality in daily operations and support business growth. You will lead risk-based quality improvements, harmonize practices, and advance digital quality solutions. This role offers impact through shaping global quality systems in a multi-site environment.

Responsabilità
- Define and deploy global manufacturing quality strategy, standards, and governance
- Develop and maintain global procedures related to manufacturing quality and food safety
- Harmonize manufacturing quality practices across regions and sites
- Align Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D functions
- Define global quality standards, controls, and assurance requirements
- Lead global methodologies for HACCP, process control, validation, and capability
- Co-lead investigations of major quality incidents and drive corrective actions
- Embed quality principles within Integrated Work System (IWS) and governance
- Support digital quality solutions and analytics platforms
- Define reporting standards, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality, food safety, operations, or quality management in FMCG or food industries
- Proven experience leading quality programs across multiple sites and regions
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GFSI requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, SPC, QA, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with IWS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence programs preferred
- Experience implementing digital quality and manufacturing systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures
