HSEQ Manager - Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

Riporto a Direzione Generale / Direzione Operations / Datore di Lavoro Scopo del ruolo Definire, implementare e mantenere il Sistema di Gestione Integrato HSEQ, garantendo la piena conformità normativa, il miglioramento continuo delle performance aziendali e la tutela di salute, sicurezza, ambiente e qualità, anche in contesti organizzativi complessi e distribuiti su tutto il territorio nazionale. Responsabilità principali Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro (H&S) Garantire la conformità al D.Lgs. 81/2008 e normativa correlata Ricoprire il ruolo di RSPP Redigere e aggiornare DVR, procedure e istruzioni operative Gestire analisi dei rischi, infortuni, near miss e relative azioni correttive Coordinare formazione, informazione e addestramento del personale Gestire audit interni e ispezioni da parte degli enti di controllo Coordinare le attività di gestione accessi ai cantieri (idoneità tecnico-professionale, documentazione sicurezza, verifica requisiti fornitori/subappaltatori) Supportare e coordinare le attività di sicurezza in ambienti di lavoro complessi e multi-sito Ambiente (E) Assicurare la conformità alle normative ambientali vigenti Gestire aspetti e impatti ambientali (rifiuti, emissioni, scarichi, sostanze pericolose) Monitorare indicatori ambientali e piani di miglioramento Supportare iniziative di sostenibilità e riduzione dell’impatto ambientale Qualità (Q) Gestire il Sistema Qualità ISO 9001 Definire e monitorare KPI di qualità Coordinare audit interni ed esterni Gestire non conformità, reclami clienti e azioni correttive/preventive Promuovere il miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali Sistema di Gestione Integrato Sviluppare e mantenere le certificazioni ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Redigere manuali, procedure e policy HSEQ Supportare la Direzione nei riesami del sistema Coordinare consulenti esterni e organismi di certificazione Competenze e requisiti Laurea tecnica (Ingegneria, Tecniche della Prevenzione, Scienze Ambientali o affini) Formazione qualificata in ambito HSEQ Abilitazione come RSPP con possesso del Modulo C Ottima conoscenza delle norme ISO e della legislazione HSE Esperienza nella gestione degli accessi ai cantieri e nella verifica documentale ai fini della sicurezza Esperienza nel coordinamento di attività HSE in contesti complessi, multi-sito e con diffusione su tutto il territorio nazionale Capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione del cambiamento Ottime capacità comunicative e di reporting Esperienza 3–5 anni (o più) in ruoli HSEQ / Quality / Safety Manager Esperienza in aziende in forte crescita, caratterizzate da contesti multi-sito e organizzazioni distribuite
