As Global Head of Pricing, you define ERM's enterprise pricing vision and lead a single global function to optimize margin, differentiation, and portfolio evolution. You translate strategy into scalable pricing architectures, governance, and roadmaps, guiding executive decisions and long-term value creation. You drive a shift to value-led models, align pricing with enterprise goals, and steward pricing as a strategic discipline across all regions and service lines. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to shape GTM, risk decisions, and investments, delivering measurable enterprise impact.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Set and steward enterprise-wide pricing vision driving growth and margin sustainability
- Advise executive leadership on pricing strategy, margin architecture, and portfolio trade-offs
- Lead shift from rate-led to outcomes-based, value-led commercial models
- Define global pricing frameworks and governance with regional flexibility
- Design and govern pricing models: fixed-fee, team-based, value-based, risk-reward, unit-cost
- Sponsor high-value, complex deals ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and risk
- Lead multi-year pricing transformation and build scalable capabilities, tooling, and analytics
- Embed a unified pricing culture enabling predictable and transparent decision-making
- Oversee pricing platform ecosystem, automation, data quality, and modelling capabilities
- Lead a global pricing organization with clear roles, talent paths, and accountability
- Establish policies, guardrails, and approval processes balancing empowerment and risk
- Provide escalation point for commercial risk and pricing-related trade-offs
- Bachelor in Finance
- 12-15+ years in global pricing, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership within professional services
- Experience implementing team-based and value-based pricing, and global unit-costing
- Leadership across diverse delivery models (onshore/offshore)
- Ownership or leadership of a Salesforce-based pricing platform or equivalent
- Track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
