Un importante gruppo italiano del food retail, in forte espansione internazionale, cerca un Global Chief Operations Officer con sede a Milano. Obiettivo del ruolo La persona sarà responsabile di strutturare e rendere scalabile il modello operativo globale, garantendo efficienza, qualità, redditività e una customer experience coerente in tutti i mercati internazionali, con piena responsabilità delle operations internazionali.
Responsibilities
- Gestire le operations globali di store diretti, franchising e joint venture.
- Definire e implementare processi, procedure e standard operativi replicabili.
- Monitorare KPI operativi e finanziari, trasformando i dati in azioni di miglioramento.
- Ottimizzare performance dei punti vendita
- Migliorare organizzazione, staffing e produttività dei negozi.
- Gestire e ottimizzare supply chain, logistica e approvvigionamenti internazionali.
- Garantire standard di qualità, sicurezza alimentare e compliance.
- Rafforzare il controllo e la governance di franchisee e partner.
- Supportare l'espansione internazionale valutando nuovi mercati e nuove aperture.
Your Profile
Esperienza consolidata in QSR, food retail, ristorazione organizzata o retail multi-site.
Gestione di reti multi-store e multi-country.
Responsabilità diretta di P&L, operations, aperture e processi di standardizzazione.
Esperienza con modelli diretti, franchising e joint venture.
Preferibile esposizione ai mercati europei e statunitensi.
Solide competenze finanziarie e nell'analisi dei KPI.
Forte focus su marginalità, food cost e labour cost.
Leadership pragmatica e operativa ("hands-on").
Inglese fluente.
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali.
In sintesi, si tratta di una posizione da COO internazionale con forte orientamento alle operations, ideale per un manager proveniente da grandi realtà della ristorazione o del food retail, capace di standardizzare processi, migliorare la redditività e supportare la crescita globale dell'azienda. Non potremo prendere in considerazione candidati con esposizione solo nazionale.
