Design Director - Show Collection

ppBeyond Talent is partnering with a renowned international luxury fashion house in Milan to appoint an exceptional Design Director – Show Collection. /p pThis is a key creative leadership position responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s runway and show collections across all categories. /p pWorking closely with the Creative Director and senior creative teams, the Design Director will translate the overall creative vision into a distinctive, cohesive and highly desirable collection, overseeing the process from initial concept and research through to fittings and final runway execution. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs Design Director – Show Collection, you will lead the creative development of the runway collection, ensuring a strong and consistent design language across all product categories. /p pYou will combine creative vision, strong product expertise and exceptional collection-building skills while leading multidisciplinary design teams within a highly dynamic luxury fashion environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the creative development of the luxury fashion show and runway collection across all categories. /li liTranslate the Creative Director’s vision into a cohesive seasonal collection. /li liOversee the entire design process from initial concept, research and development through to final show execution. /li liDefine and maintain consistency across silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detailing. /li liCoordinate and inspire senior designers and category design teams. /li liWork closely with Product Development, Atelier, Fabric, Merchandising and Production teams. /li liLead collection reviews, fittings and editing throughout the development process. /li liEnsure exceptional standards of design, craftsmanship and product execution. /li liDrive innovation across materials, construction, silhouette and creative techniques. /li liSupport the definition of final runway looks and overall collection coherence. /li liBalance creative ambition with product relevance and the wider positioning of the luxury brand. /li liContribute to the ongoing evolution of the Maison’s creative identity and global image. /li /ul h3The Profile /h3 ul liSignificant experience within leading international luxury fashion brands. /li liPrevious experience as a bDesign Director, Head of Design or senior fashion design leader /b. /li liStrong expertise in brunway, fashion show and Ready-to-Wear collections /b. /li liExperience working across multiple fashion categories. /li liExceptional eye for silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detail. /li liStrong knowledge of garment construction, materials and luxury craftsmanship. /li liProven ability to lead and develop senior creative teams. /li liExcellent collection-building and editing capabilities. /li liFluent English; Italian would be advantageous. /li /ul pDue to the seniority and highly strategic nature of this appointment, bonly profiles closely aligned with the required level of experience and luxury fashion expertise will be considered and contacted /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
