Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II – Italy & Greece

You’ll contribute to bringing Nike’s sport stories and seasonal marketing plans to life, championing creativity, innovation, and meaningful consumer engagement. By supporting, influencing, and at times leading strong brand representation across our Owned & Partner doors, you'll help ensure Nike continues to stand out in one of the world's most vibrant and influential markets.

Based in our Milan office, you’ll be a key member of the Italy & Greece Integrated Retail Marketing team, where sport, culture and community meet, and report directly into the Integrated Retail Marketing Manager

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with the Integrated Retail Marketing team, working alongside Sport Brand teams and marketplace functions across Nike Direct and Partner Retail. You’ll also partner with Communications, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, and Brand Creative to help deliver cohesive and elevated plans.

You’ll stay connected with the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and at times support work with Global partners to ensure alignment and consistency

What You'll Do

• Play a key role in shaping the Italy & Greece Owned & Partner Retail vision for your sport portfolio, helping connect Nike's brand priorities to relevant marketplace opportunities.
• Support seasonal planning across Owned and Partner Retail, helping translate key sport, product, athlete and cultural stories into marketplace priorities and consumer journeys.
• Support, influence and at times lead the activation of seasonal campaigns across key sporting moments, athlete storytelling and cultural opportunities, tailoring plans to the needs of specific cities, retail concepts and consumer audiences.
• Work in close partnership with EKIN and Visual Merchandising & Styling (VM&S) teams to translate seasonal strategies into impactful retail experiences, ensuring premium execution across Owned and Partner Retail environments.
• Champion Nike's Brand Standards across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, premium and consumer-led brand experience.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sport Brand, Communications, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Creative and marketplace teams to ensure aligned and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Stay connected to consumer, sport and retail trends, gathering insights and identifying opportunities that help inform future planning, activations and marketplace priorities.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture, bringing curiosity, creativity, accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset to everyday work.
• Develop a deep understanding of the sport, consumer and competitive landscape across the Owned & Partner Retail marketplace, identifying opportunities to elevate future plans and executions.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in brand marketing, retail marketing or related consumer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting and contributing to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with an understanding of how to adapt brand stories to different consumer, city and marketplace needs.
• A strong interest in the Italy & Greece consumer landscape, with the ability to translate consumer, sport and marketplace insights into meaningful recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal and external partners, building strong relationships that help drive effective and integrated marketing initiatives.
• An understanding of how brand stories come to life across retail and digital consumer touchpoints, with the ability to work cross-functionally across brand, marketplace, retail and digital functions.
• Comfort using data, consumer insights and cultural trends to inform planning and decision-making.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Energy, curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to elevate the consumer experience and support marketplace growth.
• Passion for sport and a genuine connection to at least one of Nike’s key sport dimensions, including Football, Running, Training or Lifestyle.

NIKE Policy is 3 days per week in the office.

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from Visualizzare il telefono su click.jobroute.io EUR Annual. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
