Your seat to fill:

• Execute and support global PR, influencer and VIP strategies and initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with CYBEX’s brand positioning, communication objectives and category priorities
• Identify, research and build long-term relationships with relevant influencers, VIPs, tastemakers, experts, institutions and key opinion leaders across parenting, lifestyle, fashion, design, health & wellness, child safety, automotive and technology
• Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including partner identification, outreach, negotiations, contracts, product seeding, briefing, content approvals, timelines, campaign coordination and reportingCoordinate global product seeding, gifting and paid influencer campaigns, ensuring effective product allocation, tracking, follow-up and execution across markets
• Support global media relations by maintaining and developing relevant press contacts, preparing communication and press materials, coordinating product loans and identifying editorial opportunities across fashion, lifestyle, parenting, safety, automotive, technology and innovation media
• Support the planning and execution PR events, influencer activations, product launches and experiential initiatives, including guest management, product coordination, press and social amplification, and on-site support where required
• Collaborate closely with international markets and PR agencies to ensure consistent execution of global campaigns, while gathering local insights, identifying market opportunities and sharing best practices
• Monitor influencer activity, media coverage and campaign performance, preparing regular reports, insights and recommendations to continuously improve communication strategies and future activations
• Develop and maintain global PR toolkits, communication materials, campaign guidelines and best-practice resources to enable regional teams and ensure consistent messaging across markets
• Stay ahead of emerging creators, social media trends, and parenting communities, proactively identifying new partnership and storytelling opportunities

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, International Relations or a related field
• First experience in PR, influencer marketing, brand communications or a comparable communications role
• Previous experience in one or more relevant sectors such as premium lifestyle, fashion, parenting, design, consumer goods, automotive, technology or child safety, with an understanding of consumer needs and brand positioning
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, creator ecosystems and current content trends
• Proven experience managing influencer or PR campaigns from briefing and activation through to reporting and evaluation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is considered a plus
