Digital Procurement Consultant and Senior Consultant

In questa posizione, contribuirai alla trasformazione del Procurement e al miglioramento dei processi interni per clienti leader. Lavorerai all'interno di un team dedicato all'ambito Digital Procurement per offrire raccomandazioni basate su dati e best practice PwC, supportando l'adozione di soluzioni tecnologiche. Il ruolo combina analisi, definizione di modelli operativi e gestione del cambiamento per progetti complessi. Opportunità di crescita professionale grazie al network internazionale e al coaching di progetto.
Responsabilità
- Gestire tutte le fasi della trasformazione del Procurement (SRM, Sourcing, Purchase to Pay, Analytics)
- Analizzare esigenze dei clienti e formulare raccomandazioni basate su dati concreti
- Strutturare Modello Operativo Target e sviluppare Business Case
- Supportare gestione del progetto e integrazione funzionale delle soluzioni implementate
- facilitare gestione del cambiamento nelle organizzazioni clienti
- coaching dei team di progetto in base all'esperienza
- aiutare i clienti a sfruttare tecnologie per ottimizzare l'approvvigionamento
Requisiti fondamentali
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in aziende leader di mercato o in primarie società di consulenza
- Laurea in ambito economico-statistico, ingegneristico o informatico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Capacità di sviluppare soluzioni funzionali e innovative per progetti complessi
- Passione per il settore IT e competenze avanzate sui principali strumenti tecnologici
- Orientamento agli obiettivi con approccio proattivo
- Capacità di coordinare un team e creare ambiente di lavoro positivo
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte per attività di consulenza
