Social media graphic & content intern

Posizione:

Support the Social Media and Brand team in the day-to-day creation, adaptation, and management of visual and digital content, contributing to the growth of the brand’s online presence while gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.

The intern will join the Brand & Social Media team and will be mentored by the Social Media Marketing Specialist, working closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Communication teams.

This internship offers a valuable learning opportunity for individuals interested in developing practical skills in digital communication, social media management, and content production.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the creation and adaptation of graphic and multimedia content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Assist the Social Media Marketing Specialist in preparing content for different social media platforms.
• Contribute to the editing of images, videos, reels, and short-form content for digital channels.
• Support the collection, organization, and management of creative assets for communication campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Provide operational support during photo shoots, video productions, events, and special projects.
• Assist in brand storytelling activities and content development to enhance the visibility of Vibram’s products, technologies, and initiatives.
• Support the monitoring of digital trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to daily activities while progressively developing technical and creative skills.

Requisiti:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.
• C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Passion for outdoor sports with a strong understanding of the climbing community, culture, and trends.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Interest in video editing, with familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• Strong interest in social media, digital communication, and content creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and a hands-on approach.
