As a Financial Analyst in Partners Group's Real Estate Private Equity team in Milan, you will support the full deal lifecycle across Southern Europe, focusing on Spain, Italy and Portugal. You’ll model business plans, assess investment opportunities, and help execute transactions, asset management, and divestitures. You’ll work with an international team on sourcing, due diligence, and investor communications. This role offers exposure to residential, student housing, hospitality and logistics assets within a scaling European portfolio. You will contribute meaningfully to investment decisions and the firm’s regional growth.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Financial modeling of business plans, cash flows, debt structures and investment returns
- Sourcing support and fundraising activities within a European team
- In-depth analysis of opportunities across real estate assets and portfolios
- Leading and executing due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, tax, technical)
- Drafting investment recommendation documents
- Reporting, market research, and investor coordination activities
- 2-4 years of work experience in private equity, M&A or strategy consulting
- Prior experience in real estate private equity or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and time management abilities
- Excellent teamwork in international settings
- Fluent English and Italian; Spanish is highly desirable
