In this role you apply international valuation best practices to Italian real estate assets, conducting analyses across multiple methods and delivering clear reports. You will work with cross‑functional teams on investment analysis, market research, and client‑facing presentations, contributing to Pan‑Eu and international valuation projects. You’ll gather data directly from clients, present findings concisely, and help shape proposals and publications for clients and prospects. Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel; Argus (optional)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to learn new tasks and industries quickly
• Strong personal integrity
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
