Experteer Overview In this role you will own the full hardware lifecycle for high‑voltage motor controllers used in automotive cooling fan applications, from concept through validation. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable HV power electronics for next‑generation mobility. Expect to tackle EMI/EMC, thermal, and efficiency challenges in a fast‑growing EV environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and develop high‑voltage BLDC motor controllers (up to 1000 V, Capture schematics, lay out PCBs, and select components (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, capacitors) Optimize for efficiency, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance Run circuit and thermal simulations (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) Lead prototype builds and define testing requirements before serial production Prototype testing with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, environmental chambers Conduct EMI/EMC testing and troubleshoot issues Validate designs to automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC‑Q100/101) Produce PCBA production documentation (BOM, schematic, Gerber, specs) Collaborate with an international team of engineers Responsabilità BSc or MSc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related ≥3 years of relevant automotive industry experience Mandatory experience with high‑voltage power electronics for automotive BLDC controllers Knowledge of automotive communication protocols, DVP&R processes, and automotive standards Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, and simulation tools (LTSPICE, MATLAB) Strong English; French or German a plus Willingness to travel within Europe and Asia Teamwork orientation and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment Curiosity and willingness to learn Requisiti fondamentali Key role in a new EV project Exposure to cutting‑edge technologies Global collaboration Professional growth and skill development Inclusive and diverse team Opportunity to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
