HARDWARE ENGINEER - POWER ELECTRONICS.

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from concept through validation—ensuring compliance with automotive standards, as well as high reliability and performance. This is a newly created position in a rapidly growing and innovative market, offering the opportunity to work on projects involving completely new technologies for electric and hybrid vehicles. Run simulations to assess circuit behaviour and thermal performance (SPICE, MATLAB / Simulink)
define testing requirements to validate the prototype
Prototype testing using oscilloscopes, power analysers, and environmental chambers
Conduct EMI/EMC testing and troubleshoot issues
Validate designs according to automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100/101)
Collaborate with our international team of engineers
BSc or MSc degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related
Ideally more than 3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
Previous working experience with High Voltage power electronics (specifically automotive BLDC motor controllers) is mandatory
Relevant knowledge in areas of automotive communication protocols, DVP&R processes and automotive standards
Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence and simulation tools (LTSPICE, MATLAB)
Good English language skills are mandatory; French or German would be advantage
Open to occasionally travel across European and Asian locations
