After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story. /p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liCreate original and engaging social media content, acting as a brand ambassador, to be shared with selected retail partners for publication on their social channels /li liDevelop and execute tailored editorial plans for a portfolio of key retail partners /li liSupport the internal graphic design team in the creation of marketing materials and POS assets /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on campaigns, priorities, and activation plans /li liAct as a key point of contact between regional Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams /li liPlan and carry out effective retail visit cycles based on business priorities and growth opportunities; travel across Italian regions on a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage /li liConduct in-store product training sessions, ensuring strong product knowledge and credibility /li liEnsure excellence in POS implementation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, including installation of POS materials and maintaining optimal in-store presentation /li liProvide on-site support, address customer inquiries, and act as a trusted advisor on child safety solutions, ensuring accurate and responsible communication /li liOrganize and actively participate in local events, brand activations, and trade fairs (both local and international), including occasional weekend work; plan and deliver both online and offline events /li /ul h3Your Stroll to Cybex: /h3 ul liPassion for marketing, digital marketing, sales, or a related field /li liStrong organizational, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and cross-functional mindset /li liHigh attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven working style /li liStrong affinity for social media, including hands-on experience with major platforms and a willingness to create original content /li liPractical or mechanical skills are considered an advantage /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written /li liWillingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of working time), including regular overnight stays and working up to two Saturdays per month based on business needs /li liValid driving license; experience with trailer driving is considered an advantage /li /ul pCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
