ph3Senior Analyst-IT Information Security - MFA-Linux-Entra ID Support_2882 /h3 pAzienda : Allianz Tipo Lavoro : Full Time Italy /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe primary purpose of this position is to establish the cloud based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service built and provide 24x7 operational supports. This includes the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting all components for the MFA infrastructure and dependencies. It will also provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace. /p h3Major Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Cloud based multifactor authentication services, applications integrations and support activities related to development, enhancement need in the multifactor authentication solutions /li liPerform tasks related to installation and support of Tomcat applications/ Apache Web Instances /li liResolve/respond on moderate to complex (P1, P2, and P3) incidents and problems effectively and in a timely manner /li liIdentify improvements in security operations procedures and participate in automation projects. /li liWork with IT and business teams to develop solutions that address root cause. /li liSupport issues resolution related to MFA services, new user registration, authentication factor reset, unlock, VPN access, MFA authentication types, token management and reporting for tokens /li liSupport System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Production Rollout /li liPerform all MFA administration and end users support responsibilities /li liManaging User logs and analysing the log /li liReady to do on-call duty support during weekends, holidays out of office hours on rotational basis. /li liWork in shifts with efficient and accurate handover procedures. /li liAdhere to SLA’s based on the client agreements. /li /ul h3Educational Professional Qualifications /h3 pBachelor of Degree in Computer /BE /p p1.5 to 3 years of support experience on Azure Cloud based services /p h3Experience /h3 pTotal 1.5 to 3 years of support experience on Azure portal security services, concepts of security, compliance, and identity including shared responsibility /p h3Technical Skills Requirements /h3 ul liTotal 1.5 to 3 years ofsupport experience on Azure portal security services, concepts of security, compliance, and identity including shared responsibility, Zero Trust, data residency, the role of identity providers on Microsoft Azure Cloud /li liExperience in handling incident management tools like ServiceNow can be considered as an added advantage. /li liExperience implementing/administration of MFA solution is advantage. /li liKnowledge on Authentication Capabilities of Microsoft Entra, Access management Capabilities of Microsoft Entra, identity protection and governance capabilities of Microsoft EntraID, Global reader role and analysis of user audit logs, sign-in logs through azure portal. /li liBais knowledge on Linux is an added advantage. /li liProficient in granular level of monitoring and management skills in identifying potential issues proactively and take actions accordingly. /li liExperience in Support activities related to maintaining MFA On-Premise Server, Components, issues related Application MFA, troubleshooting, break-fix etc. /li liOverall understanding on Active Directory Federation Services and Active Directory infrastructure is advantage /li liPrimary MFA Public Key Cryptography Secondary Digital Certificates cryptographic concepts is additional advantage /li liUnderstanding of Web Single Sign On technologies such as SAML and OAUTH also advantage /li liBasic knowledge on Core Infrastructure Security Services in Azure, Security Capabilities of Microsoft Sentinel, Threat protection with Microsoft Defender XDR. /li liExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills. /li liSuperior problem solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liGood organizational and team collaboration skills. /li liProficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL). /li /ul h3Functional/Domain Knowledge /h3 h3Expert level knowledge: /h3 ul liAzure portal basic service knowledge. /li /ul ul liConcepts of security, compliance, and identity including shared responsibility, Zero Trust, data residency, the role of identity providers on Microsoft Azure Cloud. /li liBasic knowledge on Core Infrastructure Security Services in Azure, Security Capabilities of Microsoft Sentinel, Threat protection with Microsoft Defender XDR. /li liKnowledge on Cybersecurity Threats, attacks and mitigations,oncepts of Cryptography, nbetwork-based threats and mitigations, device-based threats and security controls, application-based threats and protection mechanisms.
