You will work closely with the team on both production and post-production activities, with a strong focus on video creation and editing, while also contributing to photography, graphic design, and day-to-day content needs. /ppbContent Creation Video Production: /b /pulliCreate and edit video content for digital and social media channels. /liliSupport internal photo and video shoots, assisting with set-up, lighting, shooting, and post-production. /liliCapture behind-the-scenes, real-time, and social-first content during shoots and internal activities. /liliCreate quick-turnaround content for social media and digital channels. /liliAssist in editing images and videos, ensuring a high-quality visual output. /li /ulpbShoot Coordination Production Support: /b /pulliSupport the organization and coordination of internal photo and video shoots. /liliAssist with on-set activities and general production needs during shoot days. /liliSupport the team throughout the different stages of production, from preparation to post-production. /liliHelp organize content assets and support day-to-day creative and production activities. /li /ulpbVisual Identity Creative Development: /b /pulliEnsure consistency of the brand's visual identity across all content outputs. /liliSupport graphic content creation and visual adaptations when needed. /liliContribute creative ideas for social media and digital content. /liliBring a strong creative eye and attention to detail to all visual outputs. /li /ulpbDigital Social Media Trends: /b /pulliMonitor social media, fashion, and digital trends and identify relevant opportunities. /liliProactively contribute ideas for new content formats and creative approaches. /liliStay up to date with emerging social-first trends and platforms. /liliSupport the development of content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand's identity. /li /ulpbr/ppbPROFILE /b /ppbr/ppbEducation: /b Recently graduated or graduating in Communication, Digital Marketing, Fashion, Photography, Graphic Design, Media, or related fields. /ppbSoft skills: /b Creative, curious, proactive, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, collaborate with others, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Hands-on approach and strong willingness to learn. /ppbCreative skills: /b Strong interest and basic knowledge of video-making and video-editing. Good understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling. Academic projects, personal projects, or a portfolio demonstrating creative skills are considered a plus. /ppbIT skills: /b Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Good knowledge of Photoshop is mandatory, with familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and Illustrator considered a plus. /ppbDigital skills: /b Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital and content trends.
