Asset Performance Manager

As Asset Performance Manager, you will safeguard and optimize biomethane plant production, minimizing downtime and coordinating maintenance and logistics. You will oversee 24/7 plant operations, ensure safety and process reliability, and report on performance to leadership and JV partners. You’ll work with operators, maintenance, and logistics teams to keep the site running smoothly while driving continuous improvement. This role puts you at the heart of Air Liquide’s energy-transition initiatives and biomethane value chain.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Oversee overall production management and ensure functional processes (reliability, maintenance coordination, process safety)
• Coordinate 24/7 plant conduction with Control Room and update operating instructions
• Monitor daily production, implement corrective actions, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Maintain EIS (Elements Important for Safety) and support HSE policy deployment
• Generate monthly reporting for Air Liquide and JV partners; consolidate reliability data in CMMS
• Coordinate small projects to reduce asset downtime and present KPI to Operations Management
• Participate in root cause analysis and provide onsite support to suppliers as needed
• Provide on‑call support (1 week in 4) and ensure timely intervention as required

• Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering background
• 3–5 years in maintenance or field operations
• Knowledge of gas (LNG, CNG, Biogas) is a plus
• Familiarity with P&FD, P&ID, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and functional analyses
• Proficient with CMMS and standard IT tools (Google Docs/Sheets)
• Analytical mindset for diagnostics and reporting
• Willingness to be on‑call 1 week in 4
• Strong written and verbal communication, reporting and training abilities
• Autonomous yet aware of organizational limits
