SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER (ON SITE 100%)

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme for a strategic client based in Rome.
Responsibilities- Own full project governance including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
- Define and manage delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, workstreams, and resource allocation
- Lead steering committees, project reviews, and change control boards
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, developers, functional consultants, and change management specialists
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing risks and escalations
- Ensure delivery excellence, quality standards, and compliance with contractual commitments
- Support knowledge transfer and transition activities at programme closure
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technology or digital transformation programmes
- Strong experience within Salesforce and/or CRM ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage large multi-workstream initiatives with complex stakeholder environments
- Expertise in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies combined with agile delivery practices
- Experience in regulated, institutional, or public sector environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce ALM, environment strategy, and release management is a strong plus
- English: Full professional proficiency (mandatory)
- Spanish: Nice to have
- Italian: Nice to have
- 100% on-site presence required in Rome, Italy.
