Descrizione del lavoro Quali saranno le tue mansioni?
Siamo alla ricerca del/la nostro/a prossimo/a Retail Support Intern !
Attraverso questo stage di 6 mesi, entrando a far parte del team Retail, contribuirai allo sviluppo di Rituals in Italia, occupandoti di attività strategiche e operative fondamentali per il buon funzionamento dei punti vendita.
Se il tuo obiettivo è costruire una carriera nel retail, partendo dall’operatività per arrivare a gestire una boutique e guidare un team, questa è l’occasione giusta per iniziare il tuo percorso.
Ti occuperai di:
• Offrire supporto alle attività della nostra Retail Manager
• Creare e aggiornare report per il monitoraggio delle performance retail e supportare analisi specifiche sull’andamento dell’attività
• Collaborare alla preparazione di presentazioni interne per il Team Retail, riunioni regionali e convention di brand
• Adattare i materiali di comunicazione ricevuti dalla sede centrale, come newsletter settimanali, procedure operative, briefing prodotto mensili e strumenti di supporto alla vendita destinati al mercato italiano
• Garantire il corretto aggiornamento delle procedure dei punti vendita
• Supportare la preparazione delle nuove aperture
• Partecipare direttamente alle aperture dei negozi, collaborando con il team di allestimento nell’organizzazione della superficie vendita e del magazzino
• Fornire supporto operativo quotidiano alle boutique
• Supportare eventi speciali come iniziative marketing e convention aziendali

Requisiti richiesti:
• Percorso di studi in corso (triennale o magistrale)
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta in lingua italiana
• Buon livello di inglese
• Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint)
• Forte adattabilità, spirito pratico e predisposizione al multitasking
• Forte interesse a sviluppare il proprio ruolo nell’ambito sales di boutique con desiderio di crescere in un contesto retail orientato al cliente

• Indennità di stage: 700 Euro netti
