SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT

Responsabilità
All’interno del team vendite, il candidato contribuirà alla crescita e alla redditività del business nuovo ed esistente focalizzandosi sulla vendita e lo sviluppo di API e materie prime farmaceutiche (intermedi, reagenti, eccipienti, solventi), individuando nuove opportunità di business in Italia e all’estero. La figura dovrà occuparsi di:
- Sviluppare i clienti aziendali esistenti e i clienti potenziali con caratteristiche in linea con la strategia di sviluppo aziendale
- Analizzare il portafoglio prodotti e gli obiettivi strategici del cliente, sia mediante strumenti documentali, sia mediante visite dirette al cliente
- Identificare le necessità del cliente e fornire possibili soluzioni specifiche (custom), iniziando progetti concreti
- Sviluppare opportunità in segmenti adiacenti, tra cui il settore nutraceutico, veterinario, i produttori di principi attivi e i CDMO
- Supportato dalla struttura aziendale, completare i progetti fino ad arrivare all’ordine del cliente
Requisiti:
Requisiti
- Laurea in Chimica, Tecnologie Farmaceutiche o Farmacia
- Esperienza di 5-7 anni nel settore della produzione o distribuzione di prodotti/servizi chimico farmaceutici
- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato farmaceutico e dei servizi correlati, delle tecnologie, degli operatori manifatturieri e delle dinamiche di mercato
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Business Development, Sales o Project Manager
- Mentalità progettuale e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Capacità di negoziazione e di comunicazione
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza nel settore delle materie prime del settore farmaceutico
