The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDefine and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS expertise powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform /li /brliLead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needs /li /brliChallenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3DS Solutions in line with company strategy /li /brliFoster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success. /li /brliOversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-live /li /brliEnsure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phase /li /brliAct as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and system integrators. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience /li /brli5+ years of proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing domain (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar) /li /brliSolid knowledge on web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, data migration processes and ICT systems analysis /li /brliFunctional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts such as EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, and Work Instructions /li /brliDemonstrated experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities; comfortable managing defect logs, coordinating testing teams, and liaising with end-users /li /brliBasic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systems /li /brliAvailability and willingness to travel /li /brliFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken /li /br /ul /brh3What’s in it for you /h3 /brul /brliAn international and diverse working environment in a collaborative team /li /brliFlexible working hours with a hybrid working model, a good work-life balance /li /brliExtensive skills and career development programs to build your journey with us /li /brliComprehensive benefits package with car, private health insurance, and meal voucher included /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
