Principali Responsabilità

Promuovere e spiegare il valore delle soluzioni terapeutiche offerte da GSK a tutti gli interlocutori di riferimento, comunicando loro i messaggi chiave dal punto di vista scientificoAggiornare costantemente le proprie conoscenze scientifiche e di ruolo e di prendere attivamente e coscienziosamente parte alla formazione scientifica erogata dall’azienda anche con il supporto degli strumenti informatici aziendaliGarantire una comunicazione efficace e coerente con i bisogni degli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri, pianificando e organizzando l’attività di informazione scientifica in coerenza con il piano definito a livello di Franchise.Essere responsabile dell’esecuzione di iniziative di formazione/aggiornamento scientifico per gli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri come integrazione ai colloqui individuali in ottemperanza alla normativa vigente e al modello commerciale GSK.Proporre e diffondere l’uso dei nuovi media (es. web conference sistemi digital, come richiesto dal nuovo modello HCP engagement) per l’informazione scientifica e diffonderne l’uso anche per la formazione scientifica collettiva, interfacciandosi con i colleghi della Direzione Medica operanti nello stesso territorio.Contribuire all’implementazione dei piani d’azione per il territorio di competenza in modo collaborativo secondo la strategia nazionale

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Stiamo cercando persone con queste competenze per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi: Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia, CTF e in generale conseguimento di titoli di studio compatibile per legge con lo svolgimento del ruolo di Informazione Scientifica (vedi Decr. Legge 219/2006 e successivi aggiornamenti)Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Product Specialist (in ambito specialistico e con prodotti innovativi).
