About The Role

To provide valuable support to the Solution Delivery team to ensure smooth and efficient E2E order processing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in order management processes, systems, and customer interactions by utilizing technologies like EDI and OCR view. In fact, by facilitating order monitoring and resolution of order related issues, the intern will gain in-depth knowledge of the customers’ hurdles and assistance needed to reduce their automation gap.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Learn and familiarize oneself with automation tools such as EDI and Esker through guided training sessions and self-directed learning.
• Monitor and solve the different fallouts in the order process.
• Configure and maintain order processing systems to facilitate accurate, smooth and efficient order entry.
• Data analysis of customers’ order entry history, report on possible improvements in the process and support requests.
• Support the implementation of new configurations of the tools through testing and master data updates, with careful supervision from Solution Delivery Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate feedback into actionable improvement initiatives.

What Do We Look for In You

• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Engineering, Information Systems, Business or Supply Chain.
• Motivated person, familiar or interested in data & process analysis, with a focus on Order to Cash process.
• Fluency in English (B2+/C1).
• Knowledge in SAP, Salesforce or Service Cloud is a plus.
• Customer Centric mindset to improve the customer experience when doing business with companies like BSC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and solution oriented.
• Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning.
• Strong interest in automation technologies and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
• Team player, proactively contributing to the projects.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, complete assigned tasks with minimal direct supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry.
