This strategic transformation is based on the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and standardized global applications and technologies (infrastructure, site digitalization, AI, BI) to harmonize our global processes. /p pBeyond a digitalization program, nexT represents a deep, company‑wide transformation toward harmonization, rationalization, and efficiency. The design phase runs through February 2026, with full benefits expected by 2028 and rollout planned through 2030. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pBased in Pioltello (ITA) or Nurnberg (DE) or Monchengladbach (DE), the position reports directly to the Transformation Program Director. The purpose of this junior PMO role is to support international rollout projects while being part of a structured talent development journey. The role aims to contribute to the deployment of the nexT program as a PMO support resource, while progressively developing skills in project management, coordination, and change facilitation within an international environment. /p pIt is also designed to help build an international PMO talent pool, combining hands‑on project involvement with long‑term career development opportunities within the Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPMO Support on nexT Deployment Projects /li liSupport project governance and rollout coordination activities /li liContribute to planning follow‑up, risk identification, and action tracking /li liSupport coordination between local project teams and central/global teams /li liPrepare, Structure, And Support Project workshops /li liTesting phases /li liGo‑live activities /li liHypercare support /li liContribute to change enablement activities at both local and group level, and formalise deliverables /li liProduce and maintain project documentation and PMO deliverables in line with defined methodologies /li liBe part of an international PMO squad supporting nexT rollouts across multiple countries /li liContribute to team dynamics, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the squad /li liHelp maintain project momentum and engagement, even when teams are not physically present on site /li liActively contribute to strengthening Lynxeo’s DNA and ways of working /li liContribute to the lifecycle management of the nexT operating model, from deployment to stabilization /li liSupport continuous improvement of PMO practices and tools /li liThe above responsibilities must be considered within an international business environment. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liThis position is open to candidates in the final stage of their academic program (final‑year internship) pursuing a master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. /li liFirst experience (internship, apprenticeship or junior position) in project management, consulting, transformation or IT/digital environment is a plus but not mandatory. /li liStrong team player with the ability to build trust in multicultural environments /li liAdaptable and comfortable with frequent changes in context (countries, stakeholders, priorities) /li liStructured and detail‑oriented, able to maintain reliable project follow‑up /li liComfortable speaking up, asking questions, and proposing improvements /li liDigital eager /li liFluent English (working language) and native/fluent Italian for Italian site or German for German sites /li liKnowledge of project management tools and MS Office is a plus /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong rigor in execution and adherence to procedures /li liTeam spirit and a strong sense of belonging to the company /li liInitiative‑taking, commitment, and autonomy /li liInterest in the technical aspects of the portfolio offered /li /ul h3Our Recruitment Process Is Simple And Fast /h3 ul liAn initial phone conversation with our HR team /li liAn interview with the hiring manager /li liA final meeting with the program Director /li /ul pIn Lynxeo, we value inclusion and diversity which permit our team to be unique and capable to develop their best potential at work.
