IT Business Partner (Salesforce)

ppRINA is currently recruiting for an bIT Business Partner (Salesforce) /b to join its office in Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the bGlobal IT /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pIn this role, you will ensure that IT services effectively align with the organization’s business needs. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing service and project demands, ensuring alignment with budget and IT architecture, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and IT security standards. Collaboration with various departments to design, develop, and seamlessly implement IT solutions will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities, ensuring top-notch service delivery and unparalleled user satisfaction. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDemand Management: /li liCollect, analyze, and prioritize service and project requests from business and stakeholders. /li liEnsure alignment between demand, budget, and IT application architecture. /li liEvaluate technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions, managing conflicts and critical issues. /li liImpact Evaluation: /li liAssess the impact of changes on applications, data, infrastructure, and end users. /li liEnsure compliance with GDPR regulations in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO). /li liCollaboration: /li liWork with IT Cloud Infrastructure and IT Architecture teams to ensure application availability and performance. /li liCoordinate with IT Security to ensure new applications meet Security by Design requirements. /li liEngage with Procurement for tender operations when applicable. /li liProject Management: /li liManage the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions. /li liDefine work plans, resources, timelines, and costs for projects, monitoring progress and resolving issues. /li liCollaborate with development and project teams to define technical specifications. /li liCommunication Documentation: /li liManage communication and collaboration among internal and external project stakeholders. /li liDraft technical documentation and progress reports. /li liProvide training, assistance, and maintenance support for solutions. /li liMaintenance Support: /li liConduct preventive and corrective maintenance of IT applications. /li liProvide second and third-level support for application issues, managing service requests beyond IT Service Support’s scope. /li liEnsure continuity of IT services by managing expectations, risks, and critical issues. /li liUpdate documentation and operating procedures related to applications. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Computer Science /p pMaster’s Degree in Computer Engineering /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–6 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or a similar role. /li liExperience in managing one or more projects involving market-leading ERP or CRM platforms and vertical solutions (e.g., Salesforce Sales and Field Service Management). /li liProven experience owning or leading a Salesforce platform in a complex, multi-business or multi-country environment, coordinating one or more system integrators. /li liAI on the platform (Agentforce/Einstein) and Security-by-Design principles. /li liSalesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application/System Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant); ITIL Foundation and/or other relevant IT certifications are a plus. /li liProficiency in English and Italian at B2 level or higher. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€55,000 /b and b€65,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
