Descrizione del lavoro
- Supportare il team marketing nella raccolta, analisi e presentazione dei dati per monitorare le performance delle campagne e delle attività.
- Aiutare il team con task ricorrenti relative alla pianificazione e monitoraggio del budget marketing.
- Sviluppare modelli e strumenti di analisi per rispondere a necessità specifiche del team marketing e del business.
- Collaborare con vari team per garantire un flusso efficiente nella gestione e vendita delle lead generate dal marketing.
- Contribuire all’identificazione e implementazione di miglioramenti nei flussi di lavoro e nei processi interni, interfacciandosi con diversi team aziendali.
Qualifiche
- Esperienza: 0-2 anni di esperienza in ambito analitico, marketing o gestione dei dati (anche progetti accademici o personali sono un plus!).
- Eccellente conoscenza di Excel, inclusi strumenti avanzati per l'analisi dei dati e la modellizzazione.
- Familiarità con tool analitici come Tableau, Power BI o strumenti simili.
- Conoscenza base di concetti di budgeting e gestione delle performance.
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con team interfunzionali.
- Capacità di organizzare e prioritizzare le attività in modo efficace.
