Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und spezialisiert auf Energiespeichersysteme, Batteriespeicherlösungen und Photovoltaik-Wechselrichter für private Haushalte sowie gewerbliche Anwendungen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres europäischen Teams suchen wir einen Technischen Support Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Energiespeichersysteme mit Sitz in Italien. In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Kunden, Installationspartner und Vertriebsteams bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Speicher- und PV-Systeme.
Chinesische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da Sie eng mit unserem technischen Team und der Zentrale in China zusammenarbeiten werden.
Ihre Aufgaben- Technische Unterstützung für Energiespeichersysteme, Batteriespeicher, PV-Wechselrichter und verwandte Produkte über Remote-Support sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort.
- Unterstützung von Kunden und Installationspartnern bei:
- Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Energiespeichersystemen
- Systemkonfiguration und Parametrierung
- Fehlerdiagnose und Problemlösung
- Wartung und technischem Service
- Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen und schnelle Lösung von Produkt- und Systemproblemen.
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, einschließlich:
- Serviceberichte
- Fehleranalyseberichte
- technische Problemanalysen
- Sammlung und Analyse von Produktproblemen sowie Weiterleitung technischer Rückmeldungen an das Entwicklungs- und Produktteam in China.
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen und technischen Trainings für Kunden, Installateure und Partner.
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei wichtigen Projekten, einschließlich technischer Abstimmungen, Inbetriebnahmen und Projektabnahmen.
- Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen und technischen Serviceunterlagen.
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung standardisierter After-Sales- und Support-Prozesse.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energietechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar.
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, Kundendienst, Inbetriebnahme oder Service von:
- Energiespeichersystemen (ESS)
- PV-Anlagen
- Wechselrichtern
- Batteriesystemen
- elektrischen Anlagen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Installateuren, Distributoren oder Kunden im Bereich erneuerbare Energien ist von Vorteil.
- Grundkenntnisse über Energiespeichersysteme, Batterietechnologien und Wechselrichter.
- Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Fehleranalyse, Inbetriebnahme und technischen Problemlösung.
- Erfahrung im Remote-Support und Kundenservice.
- Fähigkeit zur Erstellung technischer Berichte.
- Kenntnisse in PV-Systemen, BMS oder EMS sind von Vorteil.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
- Chinesische Mandarin-Kenntnisse sind sehr willkommen.
- Italienische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte praktische Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Denken.
- Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu erklären.
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
