Technischer Support Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Energiespeichersysteme
Standort: Italien/Niederlande (Remote)

Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und spezialisiert auf Energiespeichersysteme, Batteriespeicherlösungen und Photovoltaik-Wechselrichter für private Haushalte sowie gewerbliche Anwendungen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres europäischen Teams suchen wir einen Technischen Support Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Energiespeichersysteme mit Sitz in Italien. In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Kunden, Installationspartner und Vertriebsteams bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Speicher- und PV-Systeme.
Chinesische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da Sie eng mit unserem technischen Team und der Zentrale in China zusammenarbeiten werden.
Ihre Aufgaben- Technischer Support für Energiespeichersysteme (ESS), PV-Wechselrichter und weitere Produkte im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien in den Niederlanden oder Italien – sowohl remote als auch vor Ort.
- Unterstützung von Kunden, Installateuren und Geschäftspartnern bei Inbetriebnahme, Parametrierung, Fehlerdiagnose und technischen Fragestellungen.
- Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, einschließlich Fehleranalysen, Serviceberichte und technischer Auswertungen.
- Erfassung von Kundenfeedback sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams am Hauptsitz in China zur kontinuierlichen Produktoptimierung.
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen und technischen Trainings für Kunden und Partner sowie Unterstützung bei der Projektumsetzung und dem Aufbau des After-Sales-Service.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Erneuerbare Energien, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Branche der erneuerbaren Energien. Erfahrungen mit Energiespeichersystemen (ESS), Batteriesystemen, PV-Wechselrichtern, technischem Support, After-Sales-Service oder Forschung & Entwicklung sind von Vorteil.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Energiespeichersysteme, Batteriesysteme, PV-Wechselrichter sowie BMS-, EMS- und Photovoltaiksysteme.
- Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Fehlerdiagnose und technischen Problemlösung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Chinesisch ist von Vorteil. Weitere europäische Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus.
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas sowie zu Vor-Ort-Einsätzen.
