- Support the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing plans
- Create impactful, compliant promotional materials in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform positioning
- Support product launch planning and implementation
- Develop engaging educational and promotional content for healthcare professionals
- 3–5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand support, or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare markets and customer needs
- Ability to translate scientific data into clear, compelling marketing messages
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to ophthalmology or specialty care markets is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Italian
