The new business team is seeking a commercially astute sales professional to drive business development across Italy.ResponsibilitiesWin new logos across an ICP‑driven account pool of 800–1,500 target accountsGenerate approximately 30% of your own pipeline, supported by SDR, partner, and marketing channelsSell into IP, legal, and brand protection teams across six key verticals: luxury & fashion, automotive, consumer goods, pharma, FMCG, sports & entertainmentBuild and own your go‑to‑market plan for the territory, with full autonomy and senior supportManage a structured pipeline from first touch to contract signature – no account management, no renewals requiredQualificationsFluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and EnglishBackground in brand protection, IP, legal tech, or an adjacent SaaS vertical (outsiders may face a steep ramp)At least 5 years of relevant experience (entry‑level roles are not considered)Strong commercial instincts – ability to build a close plan and prevent deals from going dark at proposal stageHunter mindset with genuine motivation for new logos rather than farming an existing bookBenefits and CultureOur culture is KPI‑driven, high performance, yet genuinely collaborative.
