This role is crucial for integrating SEO into complex digital performance-driven strategies, directly impacting client success. The candidate will be responsible for leading and executing all SEO activities, including technical assessments, content strategies, and comprehensive link building, to significantly enhance search engine rankings for prestigious client companies across diverse industries. You will deliver high-standard strategic and operational support, ensuring robust digital presence and growth for our clients. /ppbSkills and Experience /b /pulliAnalyze business requirements to propose and implement high-performing SEO project solutions tailored to client objectives. /liliConduct ongoing, in-depth keyword research, including discovery and expansion of new keyword opportunities. /liliResearch, develop, and implement technical and content recommendations to achieve optimal SEO performance. /liliDevelop and execute comprehensive link building strategies. /liliIntegrate SEO strategies effectively within broader digital marketing scenarios, aligning with client needs and other digital levers /liliImplement and test optimization techniques for Large Language Models (GEO and AEO), refining the structure and semantics of content to maximize visibility and relevance in generative search responses. /liliProvide thorough and insightful data analysis for client properties and competitive landscapes. /liliEnsure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required. /liliCollaborate closely with other SEO Consultants, Managers, Web Analysts, CRO Specialists, Media teams and Account teams to develop unified offers and implement synergistic SEO strategies. /liliContinually identify and pursue opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes and workflows. /liliBS/MS degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field. /lili2-3 years of progressive experience in an SEO-focused role, either agency-side or in-house, demonstrating proven working knowledge of search engine optimization practices. /liliDeep knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends and best practices. /liliKnowledge of the current search scenario, experience in GEO to improve brand visibility on major LLMs. /liliPrior experience in technical SEO, preferably for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites. /liliProven experience in running successful content and link building strategies. /liliBasic understanding of the main synergies between SEO and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). /liliIn-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and common data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio). /liliStrong familiarity with key search tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahref, Lumar, Screaming Frog, AWR, Majestic). /liliLeveraging modern technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and champion digital evolution. /liliGood proficiency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory due to international projects; a second European language is a significant plus. /liliCultivating strong internal and external relationships through clear, influential communication and an inclusive collaborative style. /liliProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. /liliStrong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. /liliDemonstrated ability to successfully meet deadlines. /liliCapacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. /liliA commitment to ongoing professional development, acquiring new skills, and adapting swiftly to evolving contexts and market demands. /liliDriving accountability and delivering exceptional value by prioritizing client needs and fostering strong, solution-oriented partnershipsb. /b /li /ulpbLife at WPP Media Benefits /b /ppOur passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
