By being present on the sales floor and leading by example, you ensure that Clients are always at the center while maximizing conversion opportunities and commercial performance. /p pYou are a motivating and inspiring leader, able to engage and coach the team to achieve business objectives, improve individual performance and maximize productivity. /p pYou support the management of all operational activities related to the store, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are correctly implemented and that stock, inventory and store operations are managed efficiently and in compliance with corporate guidelines. /p pbRESPONSABILITIES /b /p pbLeading the Business /b /p ul liSupport the Store Manager in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets, maximize sales and drive the overall performance of the Outlet; /li liAnalyze daily, weekly and monthly business results, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement; /li liMonitor and drive key performance indicators, including sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, productivity and other relevant Outlet KPIs; /li liTranslate business analysis into concrete and actionable plans for the team; /li liCoach and support the Store team in achieving individual and collective targets, maximizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product categories; /li liEnsure a strong focus on sales floor productivity, traffic conversion and effective client engagement; /li liMake commercial recommendations to the Store Manager and relevant functions based on business performance, product availability and local market opportunities; /li liMonitor product performance and stock levels, identifying opportunities to maximize sell-through and productivity; /li liBe constantly up to date on market trends, local competitors and Outlet dynamics, sharing relevant insights with the Store Manager and relevant functions; /li liFoster Omni Channel awareness among the team and encourage the use of digital tools to support the Client journey and achieve business objectives; /li liFoster product knowledge within the team and collaborate with relevant functions to identify product and collection training needs. /li /ul pbTeam Management /b /p ul liAct as a strong team motivator, promoting collaboration, engagement and a positive and energetic working environment; /li liSupport the Store Manager in organizing the team efficiently according to business needs, traffic patterns and commercial priorities; /li liCoach the team on the sales floor, providing regular feedback and supporting the development of individual performance; /li liEnsure that team members understand and consistently work towards the relevant business and performance KPIs; /li liLead by example in delivering a high level of Client service, commercial awareness and attention to product; /li liActively participate in the recruitment process, including market mapping, profile definition and interviews, together with or on behalf of the Store Manager; /li liSupport the Store Manager in identifying talents within the team and contributing to their development and internal growth; /li liEnsure that all team members are properly trained on Company policies, procedures, systems and digital tools; /li liSupport the onboarding and integration of new employees; /li liPromote accountability and ownership within the team through effective delegation and follow-up; /li liEnsure effective communication of Company initiatives, commercial priorities and relevant business updates. /li /ul pbClient Development /b /p ul liPlace the Client at the center of every interaction, creating a welcoming and engaging environment; /li liFoster a client-centric mindset and encourage the development of long-term relationships with both local and international Clients; /li liSupport the team in identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention; /li liPromote relevant clientelling activities to increase customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits; /li liGuarantee a high level of Client satisfaction and ensure the consistent execution of the Company Selling Ceremony; /li liMonitor Client feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall Client experience. /li /ul pbStore Operational Management /b /p ul liSupport the Store Manager in ensuring that the store environment, visual display and product presentation are attractive, commercial and aligned with Company guidelines; /li liEnsure that product replenishment and stock availability support sales opportunities and maximize productivity on the sales floor; /li liGuarantee the correct implementation of Company procedures related to cash activities, inventory, stock management, logistics and reporting; /li liSupport the efficient management of stockroom organization and cooperation between front and back of house; /li liMonitor and support the execution of stock movements, replenishment activities and inventory processes; /li liEnsure compliance with inventory control requirements and all activities related to fiscal stock inventory; /li liSupport the Store Manager in ensuring proper care and protection of Company assets; /li liPromote efficiency, accuracy and operational excellence across all store activities; /li liEnsure that staff grooming and overall store presentation are always in line with Company standards; /li liPromote strong synergy and cooperation between front of house and back of house teams; /li liEnsure full compliance with Company policies, procedures and corporate guidelines. /li /ul pbLocal Market Commercial Opportunities /b /p ul liSupport the Store Manager in identifying local commercial opportunities that can contribute to increasing store traffic and sales performance; /li liMonitor local competitors and relevant Outlet activities, sharing insights and best practices with the relevant functions; /li liFollowing Company guidelines, support the identification of opportunities for local initiatives and events when relevant to the Outlet business;
