pHotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort, a landmark luxury hotel on the Venetian Lido, seeks a visionary Director of Food Beverage to lead all dining and events, including banqueting, weddings and high-profile functions. The role covers restaurants, bars, breakfast, in-room dining and beach/pool service with a hands-on leadership style. /ppReporting to the General Manager, you will shape the dining identity, drive revenue, manage budgets and mentor outlet managers while maintaining exceptional /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
