Per lo sviluppo di una nuova linea di business dedicata ai servizi di Pet Relocation nazionale e internazionale, FERCAM ricerca un/una Pet Relocation Manager che possa guidare la creazione, lo sviluppo e la gestione della nuova Business Unit.La sede lavorativa potrà essere scelta tra le seguenti:Milano, Roma, Torino, Venezia.La figura avrà la responsabilità di definire processi operativi, sviluppare il network internazionale di partner, assicurare la conformità normativa e promuovere lo sviluppo commerciale del servizio a livello nazionale e internazionale.Principali responsabilitàDefinire e implementare la strategia di sviluppo della Business Unit Pet Relocation.Sviluppare partnership con operatori specializzati, compagnie aeree, agenti internazionali e fornitori di servizi veterinari.Gestire e coordinare le operazioni di relocation di animali domestici in Italia, Europa e nel resto del mondo.Garantire il rispetto delle normative nazionali e internazionali applicabili al trasporto di animali vivi.Presidiare i processi relativi a documentazione veterinaria, export e import.Supportare il team commerciale nella promozione dei servizi di Pet Relocation.Sviluppare procedure operative, standard di qualità e piani di emergenza.Monitorare KPI operativi, customer satisfaction e redditività del business.Profilo ricercatoEsperienza minima di 3 anni in ruolo analogo presso società di Pet Relocation, trasporto animali vivi, relocation internazionale o operatori specializzati.Conoscenza comprovata delle procedure internazionali di trasporto di animali domestici.Esperienza nella gestione di pratiche export/import verso Paesi UE ed extra UE.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.Gradita conoscenza di una seconda lingua stranieraCapacità di gestione di clienti internazionali e situazioni ad alta complessità.Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionaliAttitudiniproblem solvingorganizzazione del lavoroorientamento al cliente e al risultatosensibilità economica e valutazione impattosviluppo del personaleCostituiranno titolo preferenzialeCertificazioni IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR).Formazione specifica in materia di trasporto animali e welfare animale.Esperienza nello sviluppo di nuove linee di business.Conoscenza dei mercati relocation, global mobility e international moving.
