Expansion / Real Estate Director

We are looking for a Director of Expansion & Real Estate to lead the growth of an international fashion brand in Southwest Europe.

What will your responsibilities be?

◽ Design and execute the expansion and real estate strategy across the region.

◽ Lead strategic planning for store openings, relocations, and portfolio optimization.

◽ Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and franchise deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate standards.

◽ Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure efficient project execution.

◽ Manage key relationships with landlords, brokers, and consultants to access relevant market information.

◽ Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decisions.

What are we looking for?

◾ 15+ years of experience in strategic expansion and real estate leadership within retail, with deep knowledge of the Southwest Europe market.

◾ Proven track record in high-impact lease negotiations and complex portfolio management.

◾ Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and executive-level communication skills.

◾ Established network in the retail real estate sector.

◾ Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages considered a plus.
