Ads, landing pages, WhatsApp flows, phone calls, pricing, data - it's all in play. /ppTo be clear on what that means day to day: a large part of your week is on the phone with people who haven't decided yet, and plenty of what you build in month one you'll throw away by month three. It's repetitive, sometimes uncomfortable, and always measurable. /ppMost people learn growth by reading about it. You'll learn it by running the experiments, talking to the customers, and watching the number move on Monday morning. /ph3What you'll own: /h3ullibConversion. /bThe step from consultation to paying member is yours, and it's the number you're measured on. This is largely a sales job, you call prospects and patients who haven't started, handle the objections on cost and treatment, track and follow up, and work with the team to solve the main bottlenecks in acquisition. /lilibSystems automation. /bBuild the lifecycle that runs without you: activation, reminders, recovery, renewals, winbacks. Whatever you do by hand this week should run by itself next month, with a clean escalation back to a person when a patient needs one. /lilibGrowth analysis performance. /bYou'll learn the fundamentals of growth marketing: how a funnel is built, optimised and scaled. /lili–Which channels bring which people, what each converts at, which cohorts stay. /lili–Attribution and tracking, so we know what actually produced a patient and not just a click. /lili–Cost per lead, cost per consultation, and which creatives and audiences deserve more budget. /lili–A/B tests and CRO on landing pages, flows, and booking steps /lilibOther things. /bHelp with B2C partnerships and one-off initiatives, build landing pages, rework parts of the website. You'll touch every point of growth, from traffic to bottom-of-funnel optimisation. /li /ulh3WHAT WE LOOK FOR /h3ulliBachelor or Master with high graduating grades or GPA from a top-tier university: Bocconi, Politecnico, Cattolica, HEC, LSE, LBS, Esade, Nova, St Gallen or equivalent. Recent graduates and final-year students welcome. /liliHustle mentality - you don't stop when it gets boring or when someone says no ten times in a row. This matters to us more than anything on your CV. /liliComfortable on the phone: this role will require a lot of your time calling prospects and users. /liliBuilder instinct: repetitive work annoys you and you want to automate it rather than accept it. /liliAnalytical: you enjoy numbers and you want to understand what the data is telling you, not just report it. /liliAI-native: you use AI tools daily to multiply your output. /liliProactivity and ownership. /liliHigh proficiency in both Italian and English. /li /ulh3Strong plus / nice to have (not mandatory): /h3ulliAny experience where the phone was the job. /liliHands-on with a CRM, or with any no-code automation tool (Make, Zapier, n8n). /liliExposure to paid media and performance marketing, or to early-stage startups. /liliSQL, or comfort with data beyond basic spreadsheets. /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER /h3ullib6 months, then full time. /bA 6-month internship at €1.000/month, with the clear intention of bringing you on full time at the end of it.
