Deine Aufgaben
Du bist verantwortlich für die kreative Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social‑Media‑Kanäle und Online‑Präsenzen. Dazu gehören unter anderem:
- Erstellung von kreativem Content für Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok und weitere relevante Kanäle
- Entwicklung von Content‑Ideen, Kampagnen und Storytelling‑Konzepten für verschiedene Marken und Zielgruppen
- Planung und Gestaltung von Redaktions‑ und Feedplänen
- Erstellung von Reels, Stories, Posts, kurzen Videos, Texten und einfachen Grafiken
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Online‑Auftritte unserer verschiedenen Unternehmen
- Unterstützung bei Website‑Inhalten, Newslettern, Blogbeiträgen und digitalen Kampagnen
- Beobachtung aktueller Social‑Media‑Trends und Ableitung passender Ideen für unsere Marken
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb
- Unterstützung bei Produktlaunches, Events, Aktionen und Employer‑Branding‑Maßnahmen
- Analyse der Performance von Beiträgen und Kampagnen sowie laufende Optimierung der Inhalte
Wir suchen keine reine „Posting‑Person“, sondern jemanden, der mitdenkt, Ideen einbringt und Freude daran hat, Marken digital weiterzuentwickeln.
Du bringst idealerweise mit:
- Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Creation, Marketing oder Kommunikation
- Kreativität, ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Ästhetik und Zielgruppen
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok und aktuellen Social‑Media‑Tools
- Grundkenntnisse in Canva
- Freude am Erstellen von Fotos, Videos, Reels und kurzen Texten
- Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Marken und Projekte parallel zu betreuen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Themen wie Dental, Gesundheit, Beauty, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation
