Remote Field Service Engineer (L1)

Overview
In questo ruolo fornisci supporto sistemistico remoto ai clienti, principalmente ambienti Windows e Linux, monitorando sistemi, gestendo incident e richieste di servizio, e supportando il Change Management. Lavori all'interno di un team italiano che serve clienti nazionali e internazionali, seguendo procedure definite e gli SLA. Ti occupi di troubleshooting di primo livello, analisi dei log ed escalation verso specialisti, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo del servizio e alla documentazione operativa. È un'opportunità per crescere in un contesto tecnologico dinamico e orientato al cliente.
Responsabilità
- Monitoraggio dei sistemi cliente
- Supporto sistemistico su Windows e Linux
- Analisi e troubleshooting di anomalie
- Gestione incident e richieste di servizio tramite ticketing
- Esecuzione di attività sistemistiche secondo procedure definite
- Gestione escalation verso gruppi specialistici
- Supporto alle attività di Change Management
- Verifica dei log e raccolta informazioni per analisi incidenti
- Aggiornamento documentazione tecnica e procedure operative
Requisiti fondamentali
- Conoscenze di base di Windows/Windows Server e Linux
- Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio e sistemi di trouble ticketing (ServiceNow preferenziale)
- Troubleshooting e analisi dei log
- Familiarità con SSH e RDP
- Disponibilità a turni
- Formazione tecnica in ambito informatico
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Attenzione ai dettagli, buone doti comunicative
- Conoscenza ITIL
