How you will create an impact:

• Be involved in projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence
• Carry out competitive benchmarks and data analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Support the development of strategies, solutions and actionable recommendations for our clients
• Collaborate with international teams across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Your profile:

• Above-average academic performance in business management, economics, or industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in business English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• High motivation to learn and grow personally and professionally
• Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
• Previous internship experience in strategy consulting or industry is a plus
