Starbucks continua la sua espansione sul territorio italiano e inaugurerà in autunno un nuovo punto vendita presso Vicolungo The Style Outlets. Per questo importante progetto, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Assistant Store Manager (Shift Supervisor) che sarà un punto di riferimento durante il proprio turno, supportando attivamente lo Store Manager nella gestione operativa dello store e ispirando ogni giorno i nostri partner (i baristi) a offrire un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile ai nostri clienti.

Contratto Full-Time
Bonus basati sulle performance di fatturato e inventario dello store
Sconti dipendente Starbucks, pasto aziendale per turni di lavoro di almeno 6 ore, bevande Starbucks illimitate durante il turno di lavoro
Sconti dipendente da usufruire in tutti i brand gestiti da Percassi
Il periodo di formazione si realizzerà presso uno o più store già esistenti con il supporto di un team esperto (HACCP, H&S, training prodotto, Starbucks knowledge).
Principali responsabilità:
Organizzazione del negozio e delle priorità durante il proprio turno di lavoro
Analisi e gestione dei KPI's
Controllo dello stock (ordini, inventari e food cost)
Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure aziendali
Organizzazione e monitoraggio delle formazioni on the job
Condivisione di feedback costanti al team per il loro sviluppo
