This collaboration offers a unique chance to be part of a High-Performance Team focused on delivering essential energy solutions worldwide. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Electrical Engineer (Nuclear) will be responsible for : /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesigning, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems within nuclear power plants, research facilities, and other nuclear installations. /li liWorking with high-voltage power distribution, emergency backup systems, instrumentation and control (IC) systems, and regulatory compliance to ensure uninterrupted and safe plant operations. /li liCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including reactor operators, regulatory agencies, and maintenance personnel, to optimize performance and safety. /li /ul pPotential Next Steps: As the company is expanding rapidly and planning international growth in 2026, the right candidate may be considered for regional and/or global responsibilities. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include: /h3 ul liDesigning, analyzing, and optimizing electrical systems, including power distribution, transformers, switchgear, and emergency backup systems. /li liEnsuring compliance with NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission), IEEE, ANSI, and other regulatory and safety standards. /li liMaintaining and troubleshooting plant electrical systems to prevent failures and minimize downtime. Developing and implementing electrical safety protocols, testing procedures, and maintenance schedules. /li liWorking with instrumentation and control (IC) systems for reactor monitoring, automation, and safety mechanisms. /li liSupporting plant modifications, system upgrades, and retrofits to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance. /li liConducting fault analysis, power flow studies, and protective relaying coordination for electrical systems. /li liCollaborating with reactor engineers, civil engineers, and safety specialists to integrate electrical components into plant designs. /li liAssisting in regulatory audits, inspections, and documentation related to electrical systems. /li liProviding technical support and training to plant operators and maintenance teams regarding electrical safety and operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul li3-7 years in electrical engineering, preferably in nuclear, power generation, or industrial environments (entry-level positions may require internships or co-opexperience). /li liPE (Professional Engineer) license, IEEE certifications, or NRC-related qualifications. /li liStrong comprehension of power generation, distribution, and electrical system reliability. /li liProficiency in electrical design and analysis software (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools, Aut /li lioCAD Electrical). /li liKnowledge of nuclear safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency power systems. /li liFamiliarity with digital and analog control systems, instrumentation, and automation in nuclear facilities. /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities. /li liEffective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with engineers, operators, and /li liregulatory agencies. /li liHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to nuclear safety and compliance. /li liAbility to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple proje /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 pIPO experience. /p pWritten and oral fluency in Italian. /p pAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
