ppSenior Consultant - AI Advanced technology /p pRisk Consulting is looking for candidate to join our Risk Advanced Technology team as Senior Consultant based in Rome for a hybrid role. /p pRisk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments (Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer). /p pThe Risk Advanced Technology practice develops innovative risk management services using advanced technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Mining, and Business Intelligence) to support leading public and private organizations. /p h3We count on you to: /h3 ul liSupport clients in developing integrated risk management frameworks and in the digital transformation of risk management processes; /li liAnalyze, map, and redesign business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, control gaps, and automation opportunities, with a particular focus on AI-enabled transformation initiatives; /li liSupport clients in the assessment and reengineering of operational and control processes, leveraging AI, process mining, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics solutions. Gather and formalize business and functional requirements, translating client needs into actionable process improvement roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions; /li liContribute to the design and implementation of AI use cases aimed at improving process efficiency, strengthening controls, reducing manual activities, and enhancing decision-making; /li liWork closely with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders to ensure that process transformation initiatives are aligned with governance, regulatory, and internal control requirements; /li liSupport the execution of diagnostic assessments, gap analyses, and target operating model designs in the context of business transformation and innovation programs; /li liContribute to project delivery across the full lifecycle, from current-state analysis and solution design to implementation support, testing, go-live, and change management; /li liMentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal methodologies, assets, and thought leadership on AI-driven process transformation; /li liBuild Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics solutions for dynamic reporting, risk monitoring dashboards, and early warning systems; /li liInteract with clients and all stakeholders involved in the projects, presenting results and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively. /li /ul h3What you need to have: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or higher in Management or Industrial Engineering, with excellent academic results; /li liProven experience in consulting projects with proven expertise in the following areas:ul liGood understanding of AI-enabled business transformation, including the application of Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, process mining, or analytics to improve business processes /li liConsulting projects focused on business process analysis, process reengineering, operating model review, or transformation initiative /li liSolid experience in gathering business and functional requirements, process mapping, drafting functional specifications, and supporting the implementation of technology-driven solutions /li liExperience in interacting with multiple stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and presenting complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences /li liStrong project management attitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage workstreams autonomously in a client-facing environment /li liExcellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation tools is a plus /li liFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken /li /ul /li /ul h3What makes you stand out: /h3 ul liExperience in AI transformation projects with a specific focus on process optimization, redesign, governance, and adoption /li liKnowledge of LLM models: prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration of AI agents and copilots, evaluation of model performance, and application of guardrails and governance mechanisms to ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance in business processes /li liExperience in internal controls, internal audit, compliance, or assurance-related projects, as well as familiarity with the most widely used risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO Framework), with the ability to connect process reengineering initiatives to control frameworks and verification needs /li liKnowledge of process mining tools and methodologies for identifying bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities /li liFamiliarity with risk and control frameworks, governance models, and operating models in regulated or complex environments /li liExperience in projects involving the review of end-to-end processes within finance, operations, procurement, compliance, or risk functions /li liKnowledge of low-code / no-code and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power Automate) and their use in process transformation initiatives /li liRelevant certifications in process improvement, project management, audit, or risk management /li liKnowledge of advanced Data Visualization tools (Power BI, DAX, Qlik) and Data Management tools (e.g., Azure, SQL, SAS) /li /ul h3Why join our team: /h3 ul liAn international, cross-business network with leaders in Strategy, Risk, and People professional services /li liThe opportunity to design and apply innovative risk solutions in practice for use by the Italian Public Administration (e.g., central government bodies and public-owned companies) and the private sector /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liThe position is offered on a permanent basis. /li liWe propose a gross annual salary starting from € 32.000 for a full-time position.
