In the Paid Media team, we bring creative ideas to life. We put them in front of the right audience at exactly the right time, transforming them into measurable assets through a data-driven approach that allows us to analyze results and optimize every euro spent. Social media platforms are our main playground, but we also navigate other digital platforms and sometimes traditional media too, delivering high-impact campaigns for our clients.

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience and a genuine passion for media, ready to take direct responsibility for a client portfolio and contribute to the strategic development of campaigns. This role is designed for someone we want to guide on a growth path. We don’t believe in micromanagement; we believe in developing our people within a structured and organized framework, providing the right tools to grow and become a technical point of reference for our clients.

Tasks of the job include

• Client Portfolio Management: Direct and progressive responsibility for a set of clients, overseeing performance and ensuring goal achievement.
• Operations: Implementation, activation, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn), including budget pacing control and continuous delivery optimization.
• Strategic Development: Contributing to the definition of media strategies under the supervision of the BAU.
• Data Analysis & Insights: In-depth analysis of campaign data using GA4 and ADV platforms, including the drafting and presentation of reports, as well as regular status updates.
• Client Consulting: Managing client relationships as a technical and operational point of contact, presenting results and providing actionable recommendations.
• Test & Learn: Running A/B tests on creatives and audiences using our existing frameworks, with Senior Team support on test design, and translating results into recommendations for the next flight.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Daily work alongside the Account and Creative teams — media input on briefs, guidance on formats and platform specs, and performance learnings fed back into creative work. You'll also liaise with the department that owns tracking set-up before campaigns go live.
• Campaign Governance: Pre-launch QA and naming conventions, ad disapprovals and brand safety, spend monitoring against approved budgets with monthly billing checks, and keeping Business Manager accesses and assets in order.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or media agency.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and knowledge of GA4 for analysis and reporting.
• A solid analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions and insights for the client.
• Operational autonomy and a strong sense of ownership, combined with precision, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach.
• Business-level English: we work with international clients, so English is part of our daily routine.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to daily workflows.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or specialized related training.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily workflow (creative variations, data analysis, reporting), with the judgement to know when the output needs a human check

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads,, and Spotify Ads.
• Active certifications in Google (Skillshop), TikTok Ads, and Meta Blueprint.
• Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio.
• A working understanding of offline media (TV, radio, OOH/DOOH) and how it fits into an integrated plan.
