We measure our success by achieving the goals we set with our clients. /p h3Your Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liMaster’s degree, with a strong record of academic achievement /li li5+ years of experience in project delivery and project management / PMO implementation, preferably in a consulting environment /li liExperience driving long lasting impact and working with people to achieve results /li liStrong, pragmatic problem-solving skills /li liProven experience in Business change and transformation/TO, including operational Project Management and delivery/implementation, and operational excellence (e.g. lean optimisation, process optimization, service ops, turnaround, service redesign) /li liDemonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, creativity and a passion for overcoming any challenge to get things done /li liSolid understanding and some demonstrated knowledge of project management delivery using related tools and methods including MS Project, Prince 2, Agile or similar /li liFunctional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable /li liExperience working in the space of Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries or Mid-sized enterprises is advantageous /li liYou enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment /li liYou have the ability to travel, with the realistic expectation to be on client site Monday – Thursday /li liFluent level language skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
