In questa posizione come Responsabile di Prodotto Fuel Cell, definisci e valorizzi il prodotto lungo il suo ciclo di vita, guidando qualità, redditività e scalabilità. Lavori a stretto contatto con team ingegneristici e funzioni aziendali per allineare la roadmap al business e alle esigenze del mercato. Prepari proposte di valore, strategie di pricing e attività di lancio, assicurando dati affidabili e documentazione di supporto. Sei ponte tra sviluppo, vendite e marketing, contribuendo a una gestione integrata e orientata al risultato. Unisciti per guidare l’evoluzione del prodotto in un contesto cross-funzionale con focus sulla redditività.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Gestione del prodotto Fuel Cell e guida della roadmap in allineamento con PLM
- Gestione qualità, attuazione di azioni correttive e sviluppo miglioramenti
- Coordinazione e mentoring del team ingegneristico assegnato per la progettazione del prodotto
- Gestione rilascio/phase-out e supporto al lancio commerciale
- Sviluppo proposte di valore basate sulla roadmap e sui piani di sviluppo
- Definizione del pricing del valore insieme alle vendite
- Cattura requisiti clienti (Nuove Costruzioni e Servizi) per progetti di sviluppo
- Supporto al prodotto per vendite, consegna e gestione progetti
- Gestione NSR (Richiesta Non Standard) con tempi e costi efficienti
- Assicurare coerenza tra configuratore di vendita e di prodotto e mantenere dati corretti
- Documentazione e dati di supporto per vendita ed esecuzione
- Supporto alle attività di marketing e documentazione associata
- Monitoraggio obiettivi/strategie con funzioni correlate alla redditività
- Approvazione e contenuto della product guide motore prima del rilascio
- Formazione venditori su nuove caratteristiche e valori del prodotto
- Collaborazione con Fincantieri e stakeholder, rappresentante nel Forum PLM
- Formazione accademica pertinente con comprovata leadership
- Buona comprensione del mercato e del business dei clienti
- Visione aziendale del business dei prodotti IFM vs concorrenti
- Pianificazione strategica, obiettivi e decision making
- Comunicazione, negoziazione e influenza efficaci
- Solida formazione tecnica
- Comprensione finanziaria
- Proattività, esempio comportamentale e spirito di squadra
- Capacità di guidare un’organizzazione interfunzionale delegando, orientando e facendo coaching
