Per importante broker internazionale stiamo ricercando un client manager con esperienza consolidata nella gestione di programmi internazionali e conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Gestione del portafoglio clienti internazionali EB (clienti HQ in Italia e multinazionali estere con presenza locale)
- Agire come punto di contatto principale day-to-day per i clienti, assicurando delivery coerente con il modello di servizio concordato
- Coordinamento di programmi incoming (policy locali per siti italiani di clienti globali) e outgoing (supporto a HQ italiani per filiali estere)
- Coordinamento degli stakeholder interni ed esterni (assicuratori, TPA, network Howden globale, specialisti) garantendo allineamento e qualità del servizio
- Gestione end-to-end del processo di rinnovo: raccolta dati, market exercise, negoziazione con il mercato assicurativo, placement e implementazione
- Analisi tecnica ed economica: premi, trend sinistri, benchmark di mercato, ottimizzazione delle coperture
- Supervisione degli aspetti operativi: emissioni, regolazioni, flussi dati, controllo fatturazione e monitoraggio SLA
- Consulenza su aspetti normativi, fiscali e di mercato relativi ai benefit
- Preparazione di reportistica e presentazioni executive per clienti e stakeholder interni
Requisiti:
5-10 anni di esperienza in Employee Benefits / assicurazioni collettive con esposizione a clienti multinazionaliEsperienza consolidata su programmi incoming e outgoingConoscenza delle principali linee Health & Benefits (sanità, vita, infortuni, disability)Esperienza nella gestione di programmi complessi e coordinamento internazionaleOttime competenze analitiche e capacità di negoziazione con assicuratoriFluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Esperienza in contesti broker internazionali o network globaliConoscenza dei principali insurer e TPAFamiliarità con aspetti di compliance e fiscalità EB in Italia e in contesti internazionali
