You ensure cost competitiveness, supplier performance, risk reduction and innovation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, local and cross‑functional teams. /p pbMain activities: /b /p ul liDevelop and deploy category strategies aligned with the Group's objectives. /li liConduct market analyses, benchmarks and competitive sourcing exercises. /li liManage sourcing activities and supplier relations for assigned commodities. /li liNegotiate supply agreements and long‑term contracts. /li liIdentify and evaluate new suppliers and alternative markets. /li liProvide a functional framework for the network of buyers in the different countries and promote the sharing of good practices. /li liManage supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, CSR) and prepare Executive Business Reviews. /li /ul pbProfile sought: /b /p ul liYou have at least 10 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, product management or category management. /li liYou have a baccalaureate +5 level diploma (business or engineering school). /li liYou have an appetite for negotiation and contract management. /li liYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken (other languages appreciated). /li liExperience in packaging, plastics or industrial commodities is a plus. /li liDemonstrated experience in sustainability, CSR or low‑carbon purchasing is appreciated. /li /ul pbSoftskills : /b /p ul liWith interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to influence, manage various stakeholders and network in an international context. /li liAnalytical mind and strong ability to anticipate market trends. /li /ul pbDo you recognize yourself through this profile?
