La nostra azienda sviluppa, costruisce, finanzia, gestisce e opera progetti di energia rinnovabile di alta qualità in diversi paesi, con un portafoglio di 2,6 GW (1,3 GW operativi e oltre 1,3 GW pronti per la costruzione/in costruzione). L'intero portafoglio in fase di sviluppo supera i 18 GW.
Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Project Manager execution per supportare lo sviluppo dei nostri progetti in Italia.
Come puoi aiutarci
- Supporto e followup nelle attività di permitting per potenziali i progetti PV greenfield sviluppati internamente.
- Sviluppo di progetti PV dal greenfield al ready-to-build.
- Follow-up delle diverse fasi di sviluppo del progetto.
- Revisione e monitoraggio della documentazione per le autorizzazioni, garanzie dell'adeguatezza ed esecuzione del follow-up in base alle necessità.
- Gestire i rapporti con enti pubblici, amministrazioni locali e stakeholder esterni durante l'intero iter autorizzativo.
- Negoziazione e collaborazione con l'ufficio legale nella chiusura di diversi accordi (inclusi, ma non limitati a, accordi fondiari, SPA, accordi di co-sviluppo...).
- Identificazione di tutte le attività di permitting necessarie affinché i progetti raggiungano lo stato "ready to build"
Cosa cerchiamo
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Scienze Ambientali o discipline affini.
- Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nelle attività di permitting di progetti di energia rinnovabile, con particolare riferimento a impianti fotovoltaici.
- Solida conoscenza del quadro normativo e dei processi autorizzativi italiani.
- Esperienza nella gestione autonoma di progetti complessi e nella relazione con enti pubblici e stakeholder.
- Ottime capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e di gestione delle priorità.
- Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di prendere decisioni.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
