Premium Retail Team Leader: Inspire Service & Growth

ON.com LLC is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to guide our retail team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will mentor Store Advisors, drive sales performance, and uphold operational excellence across opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
You will lead by example, communicate brand values, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize processes, engage customers, and shape a high-performance store environment in Milano.
