Overview
In questa funzione ti occuperai di fornire servizi di valutazione immobiliare pensati per investitori istituzionali e privati, supportando decisioni finanziarie e transazioni. Lavorerai all'interno del dipartimento Value and Risk Advisory collaborando con team internazionali per sviluppare processi di valutazione e redigere report chiari. Affronterai sopralluoghi, analisi documentali e di mercato e contribuirai al miglioramento dei processi di valutazione. Una sfida interessante è contribuire a progetti di consulenza specializzata con impatto sui nostri clienti e sull'offerta di servizi di JLL.

- Sviluppo del processo valutativo
- Redazione reportistica
- Interazione con colleghi di altri dipartimenti e sedi estere
- Laurea in Economia e Commercio, Architettura o Ingegneria
- RICS membership
- Patente di guida
- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (parlato e scritto)
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Office
- La conoscenza di Argus verrà considerata un plus
