Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liPre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. /li liCompleting feasibility studies and writing procurement reports /li liEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan /li liTendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report and compiling the contractual documents /li liTaking responsibility for timely and accurate cost checks and valuations /li liProducing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client /li liInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages /li liParticipate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes /li liPerform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts /li liMaintain central feedback and learning on cost estimating from prospects and projects and contribute to updating of best practices in estimating /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent is required. /li liStrong English skills required + Italian /li liProven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment. /li liExperience for a period of 5 years for CM/QS, 10 years for SCM and above. /li liGood knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement. /li liExperienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications. /li liStrong experience with spreadsheets and databases. /li liCollaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally. /li liGood organization skills with the ability to multi-task. /li liDemonstrated strong listening and communication skills. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
